海外网10月2日电 据央视英文频道官方微博，英国首相称将于明年三月底前启动退欧进程。

英国首相May表示，《废除条例草案》（Great Repeal Bill）“将确保英国是独立的主权国家”。

她表示，这份草案“将在英国脱欧问题的时间表上提供透明度”。议会将决定英国将保留欧盟法律里面的哪些内容。希望在英国脱欧上获得合理的协议，并在脱欧之后与欧盟其他成员国保持良好关系。

她强调，将向商界确保英国在商品贸易交易上获得合理协议，预计英国将在2017年3月底之前触发里斯本条约第50条，开启退欧程序。在未来触发50条之前展开预备性工作。

　　British Prime Minister Theresa May said on Sunday that the UK would trigger Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty by the end of March 2017， starting the formal process to exit the EU。 She also announced that the “Great Repeal Bill” will be introduced in the next Queen‘s Speech， which will remove the European Communities Act 1972 from the statute book。 The government will also enshrine all existing EU rules into British law， she said。
